The internal reconfiguration, side infill extension, and re-cladding of a Georgian terraced ground floor apartment in Fulham, alongside proposed garden pavilion.

As existing, the flat comprises a double bedroom, small single bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area. The proposed reconfiguration and extension create a more comfortable second bedroom, shower room and open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with an increased connection to the garden. To the rear of the garden is a proposed pavilion, hosting a guest bedroom/study space with en-suite.

Both the existing property’s rear façade, and pavilion are clad in fluted wet cast concrete, introducing texture and intrigue to the design, with a muted palette that compliments the property’s existing London Buff Brick.
